About Sunnyside Farm

Silverlane Developments, advised by planning consultants Indigo, has received the go ahead from Walsall Council for its Sunnyside Farm residential development in Northgate, Aldridge. 

Sunnyside Farm lies within the West Midlands Green Belt and includes part of the Kings Hayes Fields Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC). The site will deliver 62 homes to the region, along with new open space.

An exciting new development located in the heart of Walsall Wood, Sunnyside View presents a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments alongside a choice of two, three or four bedroom homes.
