Silverlane Developments have submitted a planning application for the refurbishment and extension of the existing Grade 2 Listed Warehouse known as Bridgeworks, this development is located in Altrincham fronting the Bridgewater Canal.
The proposed scheme will provide a residential development comprising of 32 Studio, 1 bed, 2 bed, and 3 bed apartments. In addition, it will provide a 5,000 sq ft newly built Grade A office building over 5 floors for an owner occupier.18 car spaces will be provided on the site.
The planning application was submitted in July 2023, it is due to be determined by the end of 2023.
