The site comprises a dilapidated 3 storey former industrial building which is Grade II listed.
The building has been derelict for decades and Silverlane Developments are progressing a planning application to carry out redevelopment and restoration works including the addition of a roof extension in order to bring the Listed Building back to life.
The current proposals include the creation of 34 bespoke residential apartments within the existing building, together with a new stand alone, owner occupier designed 7,000 sq ft office building with car parking.
Planning Permission is due to be granted in 2023.
