Silverlane obtained planning permission in 2016 to provide 300 apartments, comprising of two tower buildings of 34 & 14 storeys, together with ground floor commercial space and car parking.

Following the planning permission approval, Silverlane brought forward the development in terms of its overall design, funding was allocated ready for commencement of the development, and in 2017 Silverlane contracted with another developer who commenced on site in 2018/2019.

About Greengate

The Greengate development comprises a total of 300 one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments.

This also comes along with 5,000 square feet of commercial space.

The accommodation takes the form of a podium and two towers; Greengate Tower is a podium plus 14 storeys and Irwell Tower is podium plus 33 storeys.

The podium contains a lower ground floor level which provides 31 car spaces along with various cycle / motorcycle spaces, plant and refuse areas; the upper ground floor contains the commercial spaces.
