About Church St. Place

The Church St. Place development involves the demolition of existing properties and the erection of a multi-storey building comprising of 272 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments along with 7,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

The accommodation takes the form of a ground plus 3 / 4 / 5 storey podium and a tower of ground plus 22 storeys.

The podium is three sided and addresses Church Street, Vicarage Grove and Birkdale Grove. The podium contains commercial space, apartment entrances, plant and service areas; it also provides 19 car spaces and 168 cycle spaces.

Behind the podium is a planted courtyard which provides a private and easily accessible amenity space for residents.
