Excellent progress at our Eccles site

Site signage is now up at our Church St. Place Development, and looking fantastic in the Manchester sunshine. Well done to all the team involved.



This new development involves the demolition of existing properties and the erection of a multi-storey building comprising of 272 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments along with 7,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

BCEGI, our appointed contractor, are now on site and the development is due to be completed in Q4 2025.
